Waterco Advance training platform wins 4 Gold Awards
Australian pool product innovator Waterco has been recognised for outstanding achievements in education and training at the SPASA National Awards of Excellence held on August 31, 2017 at Doltone House in Sydney.
Waterco not only took home the Training and Excellence Award in three states – NSW/ACT, Queensland and South Australia – but also secured the coveted National Training and Excellence Award.
We launched Waterco Advance in November 2015 and since then have continued to evolve the technology behind the online training platform to make it easy for our clients to access and understand our latest product innovations,” says Waterco’s group marketing director, Bryan Goh.
"This allows them to better serve their customers by providing immediate, up-to-date solutions and crucial information they can access remotely on any digital device, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
"It is a real honour to receive such a prestigious award and recognition from the industry for Waterco's Advance training platform. SPASA NSW ACT CEO Spiros Dassakis says the judging panel was impressed by Waterco Advance's high-quality educational topics and outcomes, information guidance notes, accessible design, and user-friendly features.
"The judges unanimously agreed that Waterco Advance is an impressive platform that fosters ongoing professional development and was therefore worthy of the award," he says.
"Training is the cornerstone of any successful association, and any successful industry for that matter. Without education and training, be it industry specific or product related knowledge, industry participants have nowhere to turn."
The SPASA Awards of Excellence are judged by an independent panel of experts. The awards are designed to promote achievement in design and innovation, energy and sustainability, construction, service, and professionalism across all sectors of the industry.
